The Cleveland Ice Storm will field 9 synchro teams for the 2024-2025 season in the following levels:
- National Qualifying: Adult and Intermediate
- Developmental: Open Juvenile, Pre-Juvenile and Preliminary
- Aspire: Aspire 4, Aspire 3, Aspire 2 and Aspire 1.

Intermediate teams are made up of 12-20 skaters. All skaters must be 19 years and younger and must have passed the pre-silver skating skills test.
